Ride Revive Mobile Detailing provides mobile interior and exterior vehicle detailing services. We do our best to deliver high-quality results, but some stains, odors, scratches, wear, or damage may not be fully removable depending on the vehicle's age, condition, materials, and previous care.
All quotes are estimates and may change after the vehicle is inspected in person. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, salt, biohazards, oversized vehicles, or added services requested at the appointment.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. The vehicle should be parked in an area where our team has enough room to work safely.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless another agreement was made before the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse future service until any unpaid balance is resolved.
Ride Revive Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, loose trim, cracked leather, worn fabric, electrical issues, mechanical problems, or previous repair work. Customers should notify us of any known issues before service begins.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, car seats, documents, and fragile items before the appointment. Ride Revive Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.
We make every reasonable effort to remove stains and odors, but complete removal is not guaranteed. Some stains, smells, or damage may be permanent depending on the material and condition of the vehicle.
Because we are a mobile detailing service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, limited access, poor lighting, or other working conditions that prevent us from safely completing the service.
We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality control, records, and marketing. License plates and personal information will be covered or avoided. Customers may request that their vehicle not be used for marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle or location presents a safety, health, legal, or working-condition concern.
Ride Revive Mobile Detailing serves select areas in the DMV region, including Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Availability may vary by location.
